Return Process

  Log into your Geepas account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts included to ensure it is eligible for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned appliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
